The shaper has over a hundred master files which he has designed and fine-tuned for each customer individually!
The models below are just a general guide to basics like bottom contours, but actually speaking to the shaper personally is the best way to find the board of your choice, a complete custom designed for your style!
We also keep it simple because waterflow doesn't work best with too many different bottom concaves and wingers on a board!
- Shapes -
At Carve Machine we make any shape/ outline your heart desires. We focus on making boards that's specifically designed for the spots you ride most and not just 'ok' for every spot across the world. There are no standard dimensions for our models. We specialize in custom boards so every model's shape is designed to suit the customers' specific style of riding.
- Rocker -
We use a vast variety of rocker lines.
Depending on the shape/outline of the board we will select the best rocker for your board to compliment your style and spots you windsurf the most.

This is our most popular model with advanced wave riders. It's like driving a F1 car. You have to ride this board hard ! The concave bottom creates control and early planing. A non-uniform volume distribution and progressive rocker line makes this board hold its rail and turn with ease. Recommended for advanced sailors !

Acid Biscuit
This thruster is for the die-hard wave riders that's use to the old school single fins and a lot of rocker! This board has the traditional surfing bottom contours and runs a single into V bottom! Hoopika rocker line included.

Jet
This model comes with a flatter rocker line and V bottom. It helps you go from rail to rail a lot easier. The more evened out volume distribution supports you through the onshore conditions, but this model can also be shaped into a radical cross on wave board!
Recommended for intermediate to advanced sailors!

The full V bottom thruster is one of our customers favourites. Anything from radical cross to onshore condions! This board is fast and alive!

Our partnership with Angus of Cape Dr Customs, who has been building custom boards and doing repairs on nearly every type of epoxy board that ever hit the market for decades, ensure that we have his specialist knowledge behind Carve Machine's indestructible boards.
Rapid Recoil Carbon Flex Technology
This technology enhances a board's performance while riding a wave. We manipulate the flexibility of our boards by combining certain materials and angles of weave to get the perfect balance between stiffness and flex.
If a board is too stiff (too much carbon) it feels like a dead door and will break on landing. By adding flex your board feels alive and when in the bottom turn that flex shoots back like a coil (recoil) and adds more speed to your top turn.
