It's like floating on a magic carpet
When it comes to the construction of Carve Machine Wing Boards we, as expert windsurf board manufacturers, apply our extensive experience and skills to ensure the optimum strength and weight properties of our wing boards. This combined with our excellent finish and graphic designs makes these boards a unique product. Our local and international windsurf board riders sail some of the stormiest conditions in the world, winter, or summer, riding massive waves in winds exceeding 30 knots and landing more than 8m high jumps! Typically, the wing board foil and mast leverage results in high stress concentrations at board connecting points, similar to the windsurf board sail and mast in extreme wind and wave conditions. From years of testing and manufacturing we know exactly how to reinforce the vulnerable high stress locations to ensure that our wing boards can resist anything that a rider may do with it.
CNC DESIGNED
Our boards are designed using a 3 - Dimensional Digital platform and each board is then uniquely
shaped with state-of-the-art CNC technology. This allows us the freedom to create, incorporate and
enhance our ideas with any that our clients want to ensure that the board matches the intended use
and conditions. Due to the nature of this new sport new ideas are continually being developed and
each innovation may be a possible game changer!

SPINAL LEAF TECH
Our unique spinal leaf technology has been specially developed to enhance early foiling abilities on
your wing board. The special shaping and pattern along the bottom surface of the board in a spinal
leaf form creates unique water surface flow/board interface properties only found on our wing
boards. This reduces the typical “sticky” feeling of laminar flow and promotes a rough turbulent
aerated flow regime which reduces surface drag significantly and promotes early lift and flying on your foil!
THE MAVERICK 5'9"
The Maverick, our top model, is a full carbon EPS sandwich board for advanced riders that takes it into the air often and needs the lightest, nimblest construction without compromising our customary strength, durability, and finish. As mentioned above we can tailor each board to the rider’s preference.
